We do a quarterly inspection of all brands of aerated septic tanks. This includes replacement of chlorine, checking and replacing air filters, sprinkler tests, mandatory water tests, air level tests, general cleaning of the aerator box and if applicable plastic tank lids.

• Check Power is on in household electrical box
• Call Everything Septic ASAP with general information of what’s happening 

• Inform your visitors/guests the rules of using a septic system, you could hang a set of "Do and Don'ts" on the toilet door as a reminder.

• Antibiotics and similar medicines can affect the anaerobic operation of the septic/primary tank of your septic system, keeping your service agent informed can allow adjustment made to keep your system in prime operation performance.
• If anyone is undergoing Cancer treatment you need to inform your service agent 

• Sprinklers should be checked and clean periodically between services if required, If the hose is move for mowing etc. ensure that can freely drain if the system commence a pump out cycle during and after the mowing/ yard duties.
• If replacing sprinklers best use old style rose head sprinklers with a large hole reducing back pressure and delivers large water droplets. (Minimising aerated spray water). Lilac colour line and sprinklers should be used to identify as waste water. 
• Waste water signage should be used.
• Free draining water lines and sprinklers are essential in areas where the cold night temperature can freeze in the lines or sprinkler head.
• 25mm lines are the minimum line size recommended reducing pump pressure and line friction.
